OVERLAY STUDIO

By creating an account or using Overlay Studio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Overlay Studio provides browser-based live stream overlay tools for use with streaming software such as OBS. The Service includes a real-time control panel, customizable overlay templates, and popup animations.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the control panel. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Overlay URLs are public by design — anyone with the link can view your overlay. Do not share overlay URLs you want to keep private.

Access to the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Pricing is displayed at sign-up and on your subscription page.

New accounts may receive a free trial period. After the trial, your payment method will be charged at the applicable monthly rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal on your subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@ghostcrew.org within 14 days of the charge.

You agree not to use the Service to stream illegal content, infringe on intellectual property, or violate any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service outages or data loss.

Overlay Studio and its original designs, code, and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of any content (stream names, branding, logos) you add to your overlays.

We collect your Google account email and display name at sign-up. We store your overlay configuration and subscription status. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how payment data is handled.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
